We deliver a highly professional chartered mechanical design engineering service with experience in automotive, materials handling, cranes, motorsport, nuclear, marine, built environment and oil & gas industries to name but a few. Cranes, brakes and bicycles/small vehicles being particular specialities. We see the process through from beginning to end offering PDS writing, DFMEA, Mathematical design reports (Mathcad), Design for manufacturing appraisals, patent documentation and various other process documentation as required. We pride ourselves on thoroughness, diligence and our regard for regulations and standards. Care is taken to ensure that whatever we design is safe and fit for purpose, whilst being practical, innovative, and cost-effective. Based in Shropshire, we’re highly experienced in working remotely and independently. Long term clients include Taiwan based companies. We use SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation and Mathcad and can tackle any mechanical or structural/mechanical project, big or small.
