About Special EFX
A British company specialising in the design and manufacture of contemporary awards and trophies, designed and made at state-of-the-art studio and manufacturing works in the Cotswolds. Working with both small and large customers across all market sectors - many are prestigious, household names, and each one receives the EFX trademark, friendly service, fresh and innovative design, outstanding quality, and prompt delivery.
Challenge
After investing in SolidWorks the challenge was to accelerate up the learning curve quickly. Special EFX rely on being able to react quickly to sales requests so they needed a training option that would be flexible and work for their business. Some of their bespoke awards are simple 2D shapes however many of their customers are specifying complex 3D forms. This presented a real challenge for a user with no 3D CAD experience.
Solution
Having never used 3D before Special EFX recognised the need to invest in training from day one.
